Since quality is such a high priority at Prochaska Farms we decided to construct our own greenhouse
so we could control everything that is introduced to our plants. Our plants are not grown certified organic but are grown, healthy,
with care and without any unnecessary pesticides. Our first greenhouse was completed in 2004 with 2400 sqft of growing
space and at the beginning of the 2012 season we will have expanded to 7 houses with a combined total of 18000 sqft.
Today our growing space has changed uses a bit from just growing seedlings for our vegetable production. We currently offer
spring bedding plants, hanging baskets, combination flower planters, and many other horticulture products, again grown with
such care and attention to quality. We also utilize the space in the winter to produce spinach, mixed greens, and radishes
for the local farmers market. And of course we still focus on our unique variety of heirloom vegetable plants that
we plant for vegetable production as well as for sale for your own garden. Please stop by this spring for all your gardening
